Pre-register for the class that works for your by calling or coming into Nourish. $30 is collected for the kitty with all funds ($5 admin fee) being paid out to the two top weight loss winners at the end of the 8 weeks. Each week a different nutrition / weight loss topic is presented and that weeks biggest loser is celebrated (private weigh in with a special prize awarded).
